As employees of the School District Cheltenham Township, you should have access to District and benefit information any time you require it.  Even after the Human Resources Office is closed for the day, you can still receive answers to your questions. This page is designed to be a portal to that information.  Initially, this page will focus on employee benefit information; but as time progresses, additional employee related information would be placed here, too.

Employees who receive benefits from the District (such as our teachers, administrators, secretaries, directors, custodians and maintenance staff) can locate useful information about their benefit plans by clicking on these links.

An employee with health insurance questions can visit the Independence Blue Cross web site at www.ibx.com.   You must register with ibxpress to find information about School District of Cheltenham Township’s health insurance plan.

An employee with vision questions can visit the Vision Benefits of America web site at www.visionbenefits.com.  At this site, you can locate an eye doctor or request the extremely important Vision Benefit Form, which will be mailed to you the next business day.  This form permits you to see your eye doctor.

An employee with a state retirement question can visit the PSERS web page at www.psers.state.pa.us.   At this site you can find information about your retirement plan, print forms, find contact information for the regional office in Warminster, Bucks County, and stay up on the latest news by reading “Hot News.” 

An employee who wants to check on the status of their teaching certification can visit www.tcs.ed.state.pa.us.
